DescriptionHPY high efficiency powder & liquid mixer is suitable to
in-line production or recycling processing of power-liquid mixture.
It can suck the powder particles into working chamber making use of
negative pressure generated by the impeller. Then the powder
particles with liquid materials will pass through multiple shear
planes and shear layers of mutual occlusive multi-layer stator and
rotor, causing hundreds of times combination action of strong
shearing, impacting, shattering and cavity, which can make
significant effects of mixed and dispersion.
The instantaneous powder-liquid mixing can let the two-phase
materials contact in the maximum extent, obtain the optimal effect
of mixing dispersion , form a homogeneous multi-phase mixture, and
promote the dissolution of soluble compounds. The technical
parameters can be modified and optimized according to the different
physical characteristics of solid phase and liquid phase. Also the
machine has self-absorption capacity and a certain export
transmission capacity.
The type adopting sanitary stainless steel material, manufactured
precisely, can maximize the stability of equipments on the basis of
mixing effects.
